Checking Out

   There are more "goodies" at the check-out window. If the eyes have been dilated, we will provide temporary sunglasses to help decrease sensitivity to bright light. Payment arrangements are finalized, including insurance co-payments if applicable. Short-term follow-up visits are scheduled. If your visit was scheduled using an HMO referral through a primary care physician, we will try to arrange follow-ups within the time frame specified on the form if multiple visits have been authorized (reducing the need for another referral to be generated). For longer-term follow-up, you will have the option of being reminded by mail, phone, or both. We always look forward to seeing you again!
